Alright so things about week four that have been exciting….fatigue.

So damn tired 24/7.

It sucks. I am usually go, go, go and now I’m like no, no, no. Other than that, I’m okay and do not feel much different.

Something somewhat off topic, I am so ashamed to say that I have not been to the dentist in many, many years. More years than I care to tell you because it’s extremely embarrassing.

One reason, I had a really terrible dentist while I was growing up. She always hurt me so I always dreaded going to the dentist. Eventually I just stopped going and then for several years I did not have dental insurance. So, I finally went and the truth was revealed.

I have way too many cavities than I care to tell you. It has resulted in multiple return visits. My first visit was Thursday, June 2. We had prearranged for me to get the laughing gas because I knew I would be a nervous wreck.

Surprise…couldn’t get the laughing gas because I am pregnant, but I was surprisingly not nervous. I was there for about 1 ½ hours. Overall it was okay. One visit down, SEVERAL more to go.

Crossfit First Trimester

Nothing changed much. I only went three days this week. I usually attend four days, but the dentist kinda screwed me up there. I didn’t scale anything this week and I didn’t feel the need to. I felt pretty good overall. RX’d every workout this week.
